Bandits have taken the life of the lone educator in the Unguwan Dorowa Bakhira settlement, which is situated in the Maro community of the Kajuru Local Government Area in Kaduna State. In a violent incident that unfolded in the early hours of Sunday, these armed assailants also claimed the lives of a married couple,Daily Trust report.

The primary school teacher, Mr. Sunday Akorh, hailing from Benue State, fell victim to this tragic event. According to local sources cited by Daily Trust, there were no abductions during the assault.

Maigari Ben, a resident and community leader, confirmed the incident to Daily Trust on Sunday, stating, “They killed a man and his wife, as well as Mr. Sunday Akorh, the primary school teacher who was a native of Benue State. He was the sole classroom instructor in the village’s primary school. No one was taken captive.”

As of the time of this report, efforts to reach the State Police Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, by phone were unsuccessful.
