According to the statement, “Scientifically, the anticipated time for the conjunction of the moon is on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 11:59 pm. It is worth noting that the moon becomes visible and can be observed typically sometime after the conjunction has occurred, despite various environmental factors.”

Sha’aban, being the eighth month in the lunar calendar, signifies that Ramadan (the ninth lunar month) is anticipated to commence in early March.
