The All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned the ruling of a Kano State High Court upholding the suspension of its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, labeling it as fraudulent and unlawful. The party asserts that it will neither acknowledge nor adhere to this ruling, leadership reports.

Speaking to reporters after a visit from APC Ward Executives of Ganduje Ward in Kano State, the party’s National Legal Adviser, Prof. Abdulkarim Kana, expressed strong disapproval of the court’s decision. He revealed that the ward executives have taken action by submitting a petition to the National Judicial Council (NJC) against the judge responsible for the ruling.

Kana emphasized that those responsible for the purported suspension are not legitimate members or officials of the APC in Ganduje Ward. He likened the situation to a scam (419) and criticized the issuance of a judgment based on falsehood. Furthermore, he highlighted the lack of fairness in the judicial process, citing the failure to notify the APC before issuing the order.
