The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced the passing of Tawalkatu Busare Alako, a pilgrim from Kebbi State, in Makkah,Daily Trust reports.
According to a statement from the commission, the pilgrim passed away on Saturday.
NAHCON’s Chairman/CEO, Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, expressed condolences to the Kebbi State Pilgrims’ Welfare Board and the family of the deceased. He prayed for Allah to grant comfort to the bereaved family.
In a condolence message delivered by the Makkah Office Coordinator, Dr. Aliyu Tanko, to board officials led by Alhaji Garba Takware, the Chairman extended his heartfelt sympathy to the family and the people of Kebbi. He prayed for the Almighty Allah to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.

Alhaji Garba Takware thanked the Commission’s leadership for the visit and prayed for a successful Hajj operation.
“Special supplications were made for the soul of the deceased, for other pilgrims, and for the country of Nigeria. Those accompanying the Coordinator included the Saudi Liaison Officer, Ustaz Abubakar Lamin, and other staff members.”
