United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) says Its promoting women’s participation and leadership in the delivery of health services through the ‘mama2mama’ support group.
In Bauchi State where 78% of pregnant women still deliver at home, according to UNICEF, the support group encourages them to adopt safe maternal care practices.
