Save the Children and GSK have initiated a new $1 million program aimed at empowering local organizations in Nigeria and Ethiopia to tackle obstacles hindering children from accessing vaccinations,Daily Trust reports.
In a joint announcement on Tuesday, Save the Children and GSK Immunisation Accelerator revealed that the immunization accelerator is now accepting applications from community-based organizations, national NGOs, local research teams, social enterprises, and technology companies.

“The most promising strategies will receive financial and technical assistance to amplify their influence and test their innovations in real-world scenarios,” they stated.
